Exploring Post-graduation Pathways: Visit to The Lily Valley & YETP Introduction
On January 20, 2026, our school organized a career exploration activity titled "Exploring Post-graduation Pathways: The Lily Valley & YETP Introduction," attended by 18 parents. The visit took parents to The Lily Valley, a social enterprise restaurant operated by the Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service in Wan Chai. The activity aimed to help parents gain insights into the operational models of social enterprises and a deeper understanding of the Labour Department’s Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP). During the visit, representatives from the organization provided a detailed overview of the mission of social enterprises and the challenges they face within a competitive commercial environment. These enterprises provide employment opportunities for youth with special needs, fostering their independence and facilitating social integration. We believe that this valuable experience has not only deepened parents' knowledge of vocational pathways but also strengthened our collective support for the students' future development.
