2025 Integrated Selection Day
On 19 November 2025, our school participated in the " Integrated Selection Day" organized by the Hong Kong, China Sports Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability, with a total of 6 students taking part. The event aimed to identify athletes with potential and invite them to join the Association’s athletics, swimming, or table tennis squads for systematic training. A variety of physical fitness and coordination tests were conducted on the day, including the 10-metre shuttle run, standing long jump, and table tennis challenges. Our students performed outstandingly in all events, showing great enthusiasm and fully demonstrating their potential. We believe this valuable experience has not only deepened their understanding of sports but also nurtured their interest in physical activities. In the future, regular exercise will help them build greater self-confidence and improve both their physical and mental well-being.
